How to request deletion

Email gamelyai@gamely.com with the subject Delete my TeleDraw account. Send it from the email address linked to your account, and include your TeleDraw nickname.

We will confirm your request by email.

Before deletion takes effect

Your account must be secure. You have signed in on the device you are requesting deletion from on at least 5 of the last 30 days.
Your account must have no open disputes. This includes reports you have made or received, and any breach of the rules. If a dispute arises while deletion is pending, the deletion is cancelled.
Do not sign in for 15 working days. Deletion completes 15 working days after we receive your request. Signing in during that time cancels the request.
